Annie Lennox
Annie Lennox born December 25 of 1954 in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox are her parents. Lennox was accepted to the Royal Academy of Music in London during the 1970s when she learned the flute piano and harpsichord for three years. The budget of her was augmented by a stipend for students as well as part-time employment. In the Royal Academy Lennox was dissatisfied with her skill compared to her student classmates and she pondered what alternative path she might follow. Lennox played flute in a band named Dragons Playground in 1976. She quit the group before they appeared as a guest on I.T.V's talent show New Faces. She was the lead singer for The Tourists (a British popband) from 1977 to 1980. They met Dave Stewart, with whom they would create the pop duo Eurythmics. Then, Lennox started working for her debut album as a solo artist Diva that was released in 1992. It became a huge success both commercially and critically. Nostalgia Lennoxs sixth solo album was released in October 2014. The C.D. Lennox compiled her top blues and soul from childhood. Additionally, in May 2019, Lennox released Lepidoptera an album comprising four tracks improvised by piano. The E.P. The first single from her debut album, Now I'm Letting You Go... was released as an accompaniment to her installation of art in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art.
